About Moving Forward

Moving Forward is the User Group of the Disablement Services Centre (DSC) at St Mary's Hospital, Portsmouth, providing a forum for users of artificial limbs, orthotics and wheelchairs. There is a leaflet which provides information about the group - you can access the leaflet here.

The User Group was established in 2005 and secured charity status in 2008 - a copy of the Group's Governing Document can be accessed here.

Since then the Group has firmly established itself as highly visible and effective group, developing an excellent relationship with the DSC management and staff, which in turn has led to some significant achievements that have had direct benefits for users. The DSC regularly consult with the User Group about any plans or changes to the Centre.

The group meet four times a year. Copies of previous minutes can be accessed here.

Moving Forward's latest annual report and accounts can be accessed here.
