Wheelchairs

The Portsmouth Wheelchair Service provides wheelchairs for people who have a permanent need and who have a permanent address and GP registration in the local catchment area.

The service is made up of a team of rehabilitation engineers, specialist therapists, rehabilitation consultants, administrative support staff and a contracted wheelchair maintenance service who repair and maintain wheelchairs that are issued by the Service.
